All online mattress sellers who have “Free Shipping and Returns”, have raised the price on  all products to cover  “RETURNS’, as well as well as original shipping cost.  We at DIY also have “Free Shipping, but In order to maintain the lowest everyday price we do not have “FREE RETURNS”. We work closely with you, on the phone or chat, to insure you have selected the right products to achieve your desired result,  based on your height, weight, sleeping position, and desired comfort.  We charge a nominal  “return fee” on our products to cover our handling costs.  The customer is also responsible for return FedEX/UPs shipping costs. We are here to get it right the first time.

Our zippered cover allows you re-arrange the individual layers & components  inside the mattress to four different comforts, depending on what layer firmness you have selected..
